If you think you may have a urinary tract infection (UTI), you can request a free UTI test kit. Simply answer a few quick questions online and our pharmacist will review your responses and guide you on the next steps.

Depending on your symptoms, we might advise you to:

  • deliver a free UTI test kit directly to your address
  • provide NHS treatment from our pharmacists if an infection is confirmed
  • advise you on self care at home to help manage symptoms
  • recommend you contact your GP if further checks are needed
  • advise urgent care if your symptoms require immediate attention
